Team Strength: The average 'Overall' determines the team's strength. The difference in team strengths defines the main part of the base chance of success. The absence of a player results in a -10 penalty to the average. Zone Strength: The average 'Overall' in a specific zone determines a smaller part of the base chance of success in that area. Teams with more players initially positioned in a zone receive a bonus to their chance of success for each additional player in that zone.

Penalty Kick: Calculated by the arithmetic average of Reflex, Reach, and Speed. Free Kick: Determined by the arithmetic average of Reflex, Positioning, and Reach.
