The assistant coach is an important figure because of the things he influences.
The first thing is that for each full star you can make an additional change during the game. This means that if you have an assistant coach who has 2 stars, in addition to the basic 3 changes, you can make 2 additional changes, i.e. 5 in total.
Remember: During the game, the basic number of substitutions is 3. During added game time, an additional substitution can be made.
Additionally, the number of stars it has increases the player's stamina by the same percentage.
