The role of the coach is to improve the players' game. Coaches are mainly responsible for preparing for the game, as well as how much the players improve during the season.
Coach allows leveling of cards (5 points to be distributed per level and, therefore, one overall increases). Increases experience - as many stars as it has, it increases experience. The football player has 100 EXP to gain to increase his level. For a match played, he increases his EXP x2 (i.e. if the coach has 2 stars, he gets 2 EXP, for a match played he receives an additional double XP, so 4 EXP if he played a match).
